Have you taken part in a NetKno workshop or has Jeni delivered a consultancy project for you? If yes then I'd love to chat!

Hi, I'm Nathanial, a student at Durham University Business School and I'm conducting a research study on how tacit knowledge — the kind of knowledge that's hard to write down and often passed on through experience, demonstration, and conversation — is transferred in professional development settings.

Specifically, I'm looking at which methods used in NetKno's workshops and consultancy sessions are most effective at helping that knowledge stick.

The findings will be relevant to NetKno's programming directly, while also contributing to a broader understanding of best practices in similar settings.

I'm hoping to speak with past participants of NetKno workshops or consultancy sessions about what they remember and still find useful from those experiences.

Interviews are semi-structured and take about 30-45 minutes; you may be asked to elaborate on specific moments or takeaways from the session(s) you attended, but nothing is mandatory and you're welcome to keep answers as brief or detailed as you like.

All responses are confidential — NetKno will not see individual answers, and all data will be anonymized.

If you're interested in taking part, please schedule an interview time HERE or email me directly at [email protected]

Thanks in advance to everyone who chooses to participate!
