Academia
We love supporting students, researchers and academics to develop networking skills for career progression and knowledge transfer. Our founder, Jeni, is currently undertaking her PhD at Durham University Business School researching how networking events can help bridge the gap between academics and practitioners – so it’s a subject very close to our hearts.
Who we work with
Delivering training, coaching and consultancy to universities and educational institutions all over the world. We work with undergraduates, masters’ students, PGR’s, early-stage researchers and academics at all levels. Helping talented people develop the skills they need for career progression, make meaningful connections, and to share knowledge so they can go on to fulfil their potential.
Testimonial
Magaluf, hand puppets and an empty coffee cup....
Of course, I am referring to the wonderful Jeni Smith. Very much enjoyed having Jeni join us at Northumbria University yesterday delivering a dedicated workshop on the importance of networking. So many takeaways. Such an amazing backstory, which has led to the creation of leading networking business, Netkno. Hear more about Jeni and her business when she joined Paul Beal on the "Why Small Business Matters" podcast series (free to download from all the major platforms) a few month back. Such a great listen from a true trailblazer!
