Our Pathways to Funding events programme continues on Wednesday 26th June at CPI Offices Darlington with our next workshop focussing on how to gain traction for your business.
Our Access to Finance specialists will take you through two interactivie workshops, looking in depth at ‘Business Model Development’ and ‘Market Traction.’
There will be plenty of time for questions and networking with like-minded businesses in the room.
Take a look at each workshop and what you will gain from signing up:

This workshop focuses on defining key components of the business and sales models, identifying revenue streams, formulating pricing strategies, establishing cost structures, and documenting the business model.
Market Traction:
This workshop includes defining metrics for market traction, developing a market entry strategy, launching the product, monitoring market response, and validating market traction with solid metrics.
